Word cannot find or run the application.
Cause:
A custom installation of Microsoft Office with the 'Tools' option cleared does not install MSInfo.
Solution:
Run Microsoft Office Setup. Click 'Add/Remove...'. Select the 'MSInfo' check box in the 'Tools' dialog box.
1) Click 'Start' todisplay the Windows 'Start' menu.

2) Select 'Run...'.
3) Type <drive>:\SETUP in the 'Command Line' box, where <drive> is the floppy or CD-ROM drive letter.
4) Click 'OK'. (The Microsoft Office Setup dialog box appears.)
5) Click 'Add/Remove...'.
6) Select 'Tools'.
7) Click 'Change Options...'.
8) Select the 'MSInfo' check box.
9) Click 'OK'.
10) Click 'Continue'.
11) Respond to the prompts to complete the installation.
